Mission Statement
Black and Brown Capital Group's ("BBCG") mission is to facilitate the ability of Black and Brown communities to achieve equal equality. BBCG provides funding, along with social media and digital-related services, to minority-owned companies to help these companies grow. That assistance creates independent sustainable businesses that will develop and support their communities with jobs and success.
We refer to this as equal equality. The core team of BBCG has over three decades of civil rights activism, successful investment returns, company building, venture capital, and political lobbying experience. The success of this program requires interaction with social activist groups that support similar initiatives.
BBCG's source of capital for its mission statement is big brand national companies and financial institutions, which have a social justice and racial equality mandate to fight against the wealth gap by funding Black and Brown-owned businesses.

Founder
Fernando Green
Our team, led by Fernando Green, has over 50 years of combined experience in the investment and financial area. Over the past 30 years, Green Global Funding (GGF) has invested in many different companies across multiple industries and countries. These companies have all been at various stages of development, requiring unique involvement to get them to their desired level of success. Our track record speaks for itself, as we have left a large road of success in our wake.
CIO (CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER)
Mr. Chapler has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, private capital transactions, investment advisory, and asset management. Mr. Chapler spent a good portion of his career working at Wall Street Investment Banks, including Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan Chase, and acting as an investment advisor for family offices in the US, HK, Canada, and Dubai. Mr. Chapler's experience includes core markets and emerging markets such as Japan, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Mr. Chapler is educated in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and started his career as an engineer working on US Air Force Defense Contracts.
